The Ingredient - Steel
We source Steel from major Indian Steel Producers - Steel Authority of India Ltd.(SAIL), JSW Steel Ltd., Essar Steel Ltd. and also import High Tensile and Everhard Steel from Japan Far East (JFE) Steel, Japan / SSAB, Sweden / Dillinger, Germany. The company normally keeps a steel inventory of 2 months for the domestic steel and 4 - 6 months for the Imported Steel. Stringent QC Norms are followed during receipt to ensure a quality raw material to deliver a quality engineering product.
Shot Blasting
Each Plate is surface cleaned through Shot Blasting prior to profile cutting to ensure a clean cutting surface and a precisely cut profile component with minimal or no slag.
Profile Cutting
With its 7 Plasma and Oxy-Fuel CNC Cutting Machines MIC can process more than 4000 Tons of steel per month, generating profile components out of the steel plates at a high precision and minimal slag forming. Planned Process Controls, Self Inspection, Daily Calibration Test are done to ensure the quality and correctness of cut profiles generated.

Beveling
Use of state of art Beveling Robots makes Beveling an eye catching process on the production floor and offering precisely beveled components. The operation is also performed using Essay Pug Cutting. Templates are used and proper Process Controls are performed for assured precision everytime.

Machine Shop
We are equipped with 6 Radial Drills and 5 CNC Horizontal Boring Machines to perform Drilling, Milling and Boring Operation. Each Component is machined on a dedicated fixture and is checked using gauges to deliver required precision. Routine Calibration of Fixture and gauges ensure repeatability of a quality component everytime.

Welding
We are equipped with a team of 4 Robotic Welding Stations and more than 75 MIG (Argoshield) welding stations. The highly trained and certified Welders of our organization are rated as the best in the South India. Each of our Welder passes through Welder Certification, Each new Welding Procedure is approved through Welding Process Qualification and Sample First Piece Destructive Analysis is carried out to maintain superior weld quality.
